STRAETCH is committed to making our website and application usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment
This statement applies to www.straetch.com and the STRAETCH application at app.straetch.com, operated by Action & Consequence AB.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which is the standard referenced by the EU Web Accessibility Directive, the European Accessibility Act and the Swedish Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services (DOS-lagen). Accessibility is part of our design and review process, not an afterthought.
Accessibility features
The following are implemented across the STRAETCH website and application:
- Skip-to-main-content link on every page
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Semantic landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) and a single H1 per page
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers
- Accessible names on icon-only buttons and links
- Support for prefers-reduced-motion — animations are reduced or removed
- Colour contrast targeted at WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 body text, 3:1 large text and UI)
- Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small viewports (dynamic viewport height on mobile)
- Forms with programmatically associated labels, error text and autocomplete hints
- Content that does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning
Keyboard navigation
Every menu, dialog and form can be operated with a keyboard alone. Menus close with Escape and return focus to the trigger.
Readability and motion
Text resizes without loss of content, and animation is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
In the STRAETCH app
Customers can find this statement inside the product under Settings → Security Documents. The application includes a skip-to-main-content link, app-wide visible focus rings, prefers-reduced-motion support, a proper main landmark, dynamic viewport height handling for mobile, and accessible labels on icon-only header buttons.
Known limitations
We are transparent about the areas where we do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working on each of these.
Motion-rich homepage sections
Some marketing sections use scroll-driven animation. These respect prefers-reduced-motion, but a small amount of parallax may remain on older browsers.
Embedded third-party content
Video players, analytics widgets and integration partner content are supplied by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We report issues to those vendors.
PDF documents
Some downloadable documents (DPA, security overview, subprocessor list) are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. We provide accessible alternatives on request.
