Do I need a paid Canva plan?
No. Any Canva account with the design shared to your workspace works — including Canva's free tier.
Which Canva designs can I import?
Presentation, Poster, Instagram Post and most standard sizes. Canva's Email doctype has API restrictions — if a design can't be imported, duplicate it as a Presentation or Poster inside Canva and import the copy.
Are links in my design preserved?
Yes. Links you add to a Canva design remain clickable in the imported email in STRAETCH.
Where do the images live after import?
Securely on STRAETCH's EU-hosted storage. Nothing is pulled from Canva after import, so your emails don't break if the original design is later edited or deleted.
Can I edit the email after importing?
Yes. Subject line, preview text, sender, links and per-block content are editable inside STRAETCH.
How is my Canva account connected?
Via Canva's official OAuth flow. You can disconnect at any time from your Integrations settings inside STRAETCH.
